Leadership and Hierarchy

The Congregation of St. Gemma Sisters of Galgani Dodoma follows a structured leadership hierarchy to ensure effective governance and mission fulfillment.

At the highest level, the Archbishop provides spiritual oversight, while the General Chapter, composed of senior members, makes key decisions regarding the congregation’s direction.

The Superior General leads the congregation, supported by the Supreme Council, which advises and assists in administrative and spiritual matters.

Below them, the Heads of Communities and Institutions oversee the day-to-day operations of the various ministries, ensuring the sisters’ mission of service and compassion is carried out effectively.
